Is there a way to transfer bitcoin 100% anonymously? Either online, or in person (with e-wallets?)

>> No.9719993

give me your private keys and I'll see what I can do

>> No.9720023

Probably not.

If you use different addresses for each transaction you do have a bit more anonymity

Does a hardware wallet have my identity on it? Can I create a "blank" account on a wallet, accept payments, and transfer those funds to someone else?

bitcoin transfers are 100% anonymous. what the fuck are you smoking?

Just use an airgapped computer to create several addresses. Transfer to an exchange or swap service and send the funds back to a different address.

Use a tumbler or transfer via monero

exchange gonna have your id that's the main point where anonymity is compromised.

Not according to user agreements through hosted sites and transfer systems. Which is what I've since stopped using. I was thinking about receiving a payment via a Ledger, then transferring that payment to another account for cash. However, I have never used a Ledger before, nor do I know how they define their unique data, or if they associate it with bank accounts and ID's.

>>9720178
I'll look into that.

What is a tumbler (or are we talking about the website?)?

I've heard of monero. I've yet to test it, but am skeptical since it is still a hosted system.

Never mind, found out what a tumbler is. But now I have no idea how to find one.

Identity. Which is the problem.

>>9720293
>>9720305
I need to accept a payment, though. I'm not buying anything. After that payment, I need to either convert it to cash, or deposit into my "identity" account without it being trackable back to the person who sent me the money to begin with.

Above post mentioned a tumbler. I like that idea, but I don't know how to find one where I am. I'll have to spend some time searching. If you have ideas on how to speed up my search, I'd appreciate it, but that sounds the most realistic for the time being.

Nah.
You still can deal anonymously but you need to jump through some hoops.
Use Payfair for small transactions(their volume absolutely sucks so patience needed)
Abra is a good second chance onramp for US citizens. Not anonymous if you entering with fiat BUT Coinbase is working with IRS and reporting your trades. In Abra you don't have to verify your identity for small transactions, so in theory you can open an online bank account under someone's else name and trade through Abra(4kusd a month).
These methods are good for small transactions.
For bigger ones...well not so much.

there is no identity attached to bitcoin transfers.

>I need to accept a payment
that's different and not what you said in the op at all.

>Is there a way to transfer bitcoin 100% anonymously?
sure is all transfers are a 100% anonymous. unless you provide an identity to anyone that they can attach to an address of yours like an exchange.

i guess you want to cash out of an atm then. or use localbitcoins! set up a meeting accept cash only release bitcoins from escrow if you got it on the table. meet at a public place to avoid funny business tho!

When Wanchain 3.0 is launched in December this will be possible.

It will be possible for all ETH and ERC-20 tokens this month when Wanchain 2.0 is launched.
