CFD wipeout percentage against leverage? How does the cfd leverage system work? Daily or what?

As for example 300% bull (daily) ETF would need to drop over 33,3% in a day to wipeout everything. But you can have a drop over 33 ofcourse outside one day, you wont wipeout.

For cfds, is that wipeout percentage for daily or for infinite time? for example 10:1 leverage would need to drop 10% in a day?? for wipeout or in any time in future since buying??
