If chainlink, smart contracts and decentralized oracles are so revolutionary why is that literally the only people talking about this are two isolated communities on reddit and 4chan? Nobody cares.

There's literally no marketing whatsoever, no one will buy this. If you visit their website it looks like it was specifically designed to be anti-normal people. For an asset to pump it needs buying volume. The volume stayed over 7million$ for almost 2 month (and what the hell was that fake volume anyways), and it's now one of the lowest volume on Binance.

I know you deluded bagholders will respond "muh parternships, the companies will buy it", but multibillion companies will never register to Binance to buy a random token. Sergei has 650 million tokens and he's ready to give them. So who will actually buy it? No one.

4.The only reason why it even reached 1 dolllar is because of the general bull trend. It then collapsed to 0.30 € and it's been vegetating between 0.30 and 0.60 for FIVE MONTHS. Yet, you people keep repeating "mainnet" "soon" "swift"

5.No one has seen Sergei in 6 months. Literally the last time he showed any signs of being alive was months ago. No twitter, no slack, reddit, video interview absolutely nothing. Yet you're here calling him Sergei of Nazareth and speculating that he is Satoshi Nakamoto.

6.The funniest thing is that when mainnet will be out, nothing will happen - link will probably be down 9%. You delusional group of people will find another roadmap point and wait for it and be disappointed again.

7.The fact that you think all these companies like Swift, Visa, AXA are secretly in partnership with Chainlink ahahah you bunch of gullible individuals.

Canned buzzwords you've been using for almost a year now:
-XYZ event will pump link

-whales are done accumulating, we will moon now

-mainnet will probably come out in September (just lol)

Chainlink is literally a cult at this point. Downvote me all you want and keep waiting for "singularity".

Not sure why I'm even holding Link tbqh

Haven't kept up with the project lately cause of life stuff, but I bought a fat stack of LINK during presale last September. We rose from 9 cents to 50 cents in the span of a month,

and then hovered around 40 cents for a good amount of time. BTC was 4500ish or thereabouts

it's been 8 fucking months and the price is exactly the same. Periodically I check /biz/ and see the obligatory, "Tonight!" threads, or just general charting threads. Why? What the

fuck are you celebrating. With the exception of the temporary bubble, this shit has been trading in the same channel for nearly a year.

And what the fuck do we have? One or two random medium updates. No marketing director as promised. All of the Assblaster posts have been proven LARPs. None of the secret developments

all of these Sherlock holmes autists post about have come to fruition. Not one.

Woo we're on ropsten now. You just know there will be bugs and all sorts of complications. And what about adoption? No word from SWIFT. No word from anybody. *maybe* JNT will LOOK at

it. Fucking docusign? Really? Yet some of you idiots still cling to the delusion that mainnet will go live and all of these banks will be diving right in. Bull fucking shit.

and it's not even as if LINK is the chosen one anymore. Oracles are popping up left and right. This team is severely outclassed.

How fucking long are we supposed to hold for? Most of us are in our 20s. You get what, maybe 15 years more of prime living? And we've already pissed damn near 10% of that away, waiting

for absolutely nothing ffs

>> No.9686757

Because the average 14y/o eos investor doesn't understand a good investment as soon as it says something different than 163624txs. So many people don't know about oracles yet as they think ethereum's apart contracts can do all what link provides already. Most people don't know yet that eth smart contracts at this point can't do much more than being used to create more shitcoins.

Why do you care? A normal person would just ignore LINK if they aren't invested and think its a scam. You went out of your way to formulate an argument and probably a few minutes to check it and format it with your reddit spacing. Its this kind of FUD that actually makes me think there is something here. You wouldn't put in this effort if you had no stake in my mind. Every major crypto head faggot, keeps talking how oracles are gonna be a game changer for 2018, etc. The POC at swift was well received along with their clients, ya know 12,000 plus banks? The implications are enormous. Not just for the blockchain world, but also for the fundamentals of the business space. We'll see levels of efficiency obtained professors at the ivy leagues will soon be pissing in their pants to be the first to credit themselves for introducing.

well, think of it like this.

Someone is into crypto and they hear about /biz/. They already have their portfolio into things they believe are great tech, like NANO or Vechain. They visit the threads about those coins and see people talking about how crypto needs instant transactions, RFID technology to bring physical objects onto the blockchain and they seemed even more enamored with their investments.

Then they keep seeing this blue cube as they refresh their page. First they just ignore it. Eventually they keep seeing all these threads about this blue cube and finally they decide to see what the hype is about and they click on the thread and view it.

Its filled with people spamming ridiculous memes, no talk in sight about the technology aspect of the platform, and people just replying ridiculous things like "1k EOY check these digits."

Now, it would actually be very very dumb for someone to see that and not instantly think "Wow, these people are retarded." So its only logical for them to come up with the conclusion that LINK investors are a cult and the community is cancer. But what they missed was months and months before this stage where the technicals were talked about constantly, the ideas went through a social Darwinism, and people argued and eventually agreed about smart contracts needing a network of decentralized oracles in order to properly facilitate large scale transactions.

They are just viewing that stage where LINK investors are bored out of their minds, spamming shit the pass the time, and FUDding for fun because they already went through the trouble of explaining everything about it. And to a person viewing just that aspect of it, we seem like absolutely crazy fucking schizos.

>Why does nobody mention the project though?Non disclosure agreements are not going to be used when it is an Open source community driven project
Because Chainlink mainnet isn't live yet; there's no working product. Once it's out and companies that intend to use it have verified that it works as intended they'll make their announcements. This accomplishes two things:

1. It saves them the embarrassment of having to backtrack on a partnership announcement in the event that Chainlink doesn't work.
2. If Chainlink does work and these companies adopt it, they know it will be huge and LINK tokens will be a hot commodity. If they make partnership announcements before a working product is proven then they know people like us will be scrambling to buy in anticipation of its adoption and in turn drive up the price, increasing the amount they have to pay to have access to the network they'll be reliant on. By waiting to make partnership announcements they ensure that they're able to buy LINK at a cheap price and that they have a working product before any big moves are made. These companies would be vastly increasing their risk exposure by making partnerships announcements prematurely. Because they need it to work before they will talk about it. For every program and project that SWIFT announces there are plenty that only make it to various stages before being abandoned.

>> No.9691136

"Instead of making announcements about announcements we are developing it. The idea is to bring large businesses into the fold, and that type of behavior is frowned upon by them. Understand these large businesses have to adopt smart contracts for potentially very large transactions, Only one platform has had smart contracts for several years with thousands of people developing on it (ETH). Legacy businesses especially those in the financial sector are slow to adopt to new technology and want to see how it works, with Proof of Concept being one example. I think its great that other projects recognize the importance of oracles, when we first started people actually talked about how oracles were not needed. Now we are not discussing if they are needed but who can do them best. So instead of being afraid of competition we invite it. These announcements should not cause fear because they are further proof that what the team is developing is needed. In the end what we are really talking about is smart contract adoption. We feel ETH is the most proven and reliable smart contract platform out there. If another project brings more interest to smart contracts, that can only be a good thing. We can't refute this because you're not making any real arguments. We all know that past price action doesn't imply future price action, and that the team is extremely active in development and networking with large businesses. Source: Tom mf Gonser is a stinky linky... He didn't do it for the /biz/ memes. Sergey must have talked to him sometime during the multiple conferences they paneled together.

So what you're saying is literally that I should buy into an already mooned hype coin. From your logic, I should buy TRX.

so I jerked off to the sigil and had a strange dream on the following night, there was a black worm in room feasting on maggots.
I wasn't disgusted or anything, I was just watching it thinking about how to crush the worms but I couldn't find the right tool for it so I just observed.

>Worms can bring message to recognize the perseverance of others. You are not the only one who is resilient. Big noting yourself will make you unpopular. This can mean there are tough times coming. You will come through these with perseverance and be well rewarded. Lots of worms in a dream means there may be arrogant people around you. No it's not and you're trying to FUD a group sigil dedicated to a promising project that has already been relentlessly FUD harder than its been shilled on 4chan.

I was a member member of the birther thread to this sigil meme and I vividly remember its creator warning people that the wealth created from charging the sigil will not be of the "humble" type.

The creator of the sigil also made warnings of the wealth many be a bit "in-your-face" which may lead its tendency to lead the people who surround the activator of this sigil to feel feelings of alienation or paranoia.

It's the classic Midas story.

In other words, you'll no doubt get the money you wish for in charging [read: masturbate and stare at the sigil during the point of cliax], the trade-off will be intense periods of isolation or loneliness should you rub your wealth in friend and family alike.

I'd personally never want to have great wealth if it risks having loneliness and walking on eggshells all my life.

Others may not have similar reservations, I guess.

>> No.9691972

Made idiot proof:

Rub your wealth in others face for massive wealth you have, then you will suffer tremendously.

But if you can conduct yourself properly and design your life in a way in which others close and somehow disconnected are proud of your success then you are on to great things.

Whoever designed this sigil is an expert in group change dynamics and psychic projection.

It's like the magician is grooming you guys to grow up and responsible for the wealth you'll obtain from using the now group casting.

Ignoring the warning will spell consistent challenge until you wisen up.

It's a fair exchange for wealth if you ask me and far more fair of an approach compared to selling one's soul to the Devil.

idiots. the posting that ended up in the sigil was the thread „why we need 1000 sacrifices“. I was OP of it and it was plain shitposting. it was fn until that sigil imbecile joined and started his spamming spree. just for clearance:
>don‘t use the sigil that was posted
>only jerk off to sigils you created
>expect some catch in you fulfilment

I personally warn u to get into jerking off to sigil magic or magic at all. In a very weird way u may have your wish „granted“. but in 100% u will receive some „add-on“ to your wish that makes u wish to unwish it. which is not possible.

Sounds similar to the warnings of the sigil creator.

It's like he knew that Chainlink would explode in value.

If he's a magickal operator, which I think he is, I think it amazing that this sigil was introduced to 4chan on the same day of the testnet faucet (more or less the day early developers will begin experimenting with our decentralized oracle solution).

Whatever the case, there's a reason why they say a happy life is a quiet life.

While some of you who charged the sigil may experience great wealth, your wealth can easily become a curse should you use it to bring pain rather than happiness to those within your sphere of influence.

True magick changes its users and alters the environment for the better. What I have noticed so far, the magick is working incredibly well.

I disagree. It‘s not always for the better. It‘s literally playing god with the concept that thoughts and wishful thinking will make everything possible. I once helped some chick in need. While getting to know her better she at one point told me that she wished for help. It could have been me or someone else. Doesn‘t matter according to her. Magick is liquid shit and for the borderline irrational who only knows ignorance, emptyness and pain but is believing to be someone veeeeery special. Really? Write your wish on a paper and hide it in some symbol, jerk off to it and then sit back and relax how it becomes real? Without any catch?

again. I am truly deeply sorry to have started this. don't jerk off to the released sigil. create your own sigils and always remember: there will be a catch if your wish comes true. don't go into sigil magic jerking off. set some goals you want to achieve and think about what has to be done to achieve it. then do it. stay focussed. and the rest will follow. but seriously don't think you can instrumentalize unknown powers to play god. you can't. and if.. there's some catch my dear beloved faggot retard.

or you just google "sigil magic"

but I cannot repeat enough: this shit will habe some downsides that will make you regret ever, EVER, to have wished for something on the base of some esoteric mumbo jumbo invisible power will deliver it shit.
