they are talking about removing the Italian currency, the Italian Euro. that is what is going on. the Spanish Euro will likely still exist, since it has been quite less volatile than the Hawaiian Euro, which was introduced at the beginning of 2017.

Just whales dumping. It's a shitcoin anyway, the market cap is way too high, tps is slow and it's got no utility beyond simple currency use. Literally the underlying "value" is reliant on a ponzi scheme of debt paying new holders, basically the Bitconnect scam. Don't buy this dip, let it die.
