This. I can't believe people still unironically trade Tethers after the DoJ and CFTC said yesterday they're going to tackle Bitcoin price manipulation. Spoofy on Bitfinex is absolutely fucked and Bitfinex themselves are fucked because of the Tether minting. Also, during Consensus there were rumors floating around that CEO of Bitfinex, Phil Potter is leaving or has already left Bitfinex. I think Tone Vays mentioned it as well on his podcast recently.
