They're buying back tokens from ICO buyers who want out, but I doubt they'd extend that to people that bought from exchanges.

they are about to refund a whole heap of ico buyers but are holding off so its common sense that they will inflate the price on idex to disincentivise people refunding their ico bags and buying in cheaper on idex

theres no proof but investors on xyo reddit have been asking them to and doing it woukd serve the interests of both the company and the people who invested in it. so it seems like a no brainer

They haven't even done that yet. They are checking with their lawyers first. I expect so many people want their ETH back that they will reneg and not refund anyone, causing the IDEX price to go down more.
