/biz, not addressingg all the fellas who already got the rules right, I wanna' drop you some advice, as I actually start Feeling bad for my normies here.

Say you start off with a 1k as an investment for low to medium sat alts, low being 20 sats and above, medium being 1000 sats and below. Let's call those alts pennystocks. Now you wanna invest and diversify to maximum 3 alts, 333$ each.

You choose the alts by your Exchange by checking up the Charts. Easiest is to find triangling Charts. ONLY invest in Charts that have already a symmetrical trinagle behind them, if you can't find any, Close your Exchange side and take a rest for today. If you find a triangling Chart, put your Money in and fill your bags.

Now that you have done that, place a sell order for the bags at a 2% increase (for each of your alt bags).

The day after chack your Progress. Normally all of your sell orders should have executed. Excluding fees (approx 1%), you made an all together trade gain of 10$, congratulations!

Repeat for a whole month, let's say you had 20 days with triangling trades, and 10 idle days. You just made 232$!

Now continue with this manouver for 6 months:
Same Ratio 20 good days, 10 inactive days:
You made 2400$ within 6 months, Keep em turning...

After 2 years, you made 128478$. You are now Independent of your employer, you can afford to live of your earnings and continue increasing your gains.

Be wise /biz, don't be emotional, be Stone cold when it comes down to stuff like this. With this System you don't even Need a Hype on that bussines, you just Need Patience and a clear head.

Have sex, or jerk off regularly to not be stupid, believe me it helps.

Best Regards,
An Engineer

While she is “accustomed” to the lifestyle, her career choice factors in.

I'm not in a relationship right now, I'm merely trying to protect myself in the future. If your wife’s attorney has no reach then you may be safe, but any knowledge of your offshore business will probably mean digging, and usually you’d rather just pay hervthan have everything exposed. That’s what mediation is for.

As far as assets gained before or during the marriage you are mostly correct. It would be my advice to protect assets you held previously with a pre nup, so that she would have limited rights to gains from the asset.

Keeping a majority of your financial funds IN the Corp seems unrealistic, depending on the individual of course

Aye kunt,
Final point to potentially watch out for is common law marriage. If you end up living with a gril for long enough the state you live in may consider it as a marriage.

Be aware of this

Guys what about this hypothetical scenario:

Say I am a relatively prominent stock trader who has been making about 150k/yr for the past 10 years trading stocks. This is the only source of income I have. But obviously the stock market is up and down and I can't guarantee how much money I'll make each year.

If my wife divorces me how would the courts order alimony against me? Can they force me to upkeep the same lifestyle? What would happen if I simply stop trying my best to make 150k, and instead made 30k enough for me to live off of and called it quits? Is there any way they can force my hand into paying her money based on my historical gains?

>> No.9566341

>>9566277
This is slightly ambiguous so can’t give you a definitive answer but most likely you would be ordered to maintain the same lifestyle
In the event your performance suffers as you say, you should be able to petition the court to augment the alimony accordingly
Couldn’t 100% count on this tho

First, it depends on where you live. Most states, with no kids, you split the marital property, and you're done. No alimony, no childcare, and your paycheck is yours from the moment you sign the papers.
The issue is where you live, and what they consider marital property there.
Lots of childless divorces are amicable. Don't get caught up on "stuff" here, unless it's a house or sentimental stuff. Look at it as the price of being free from her, forever. It's just stuff, and money - you can get more. Just thank the gods that you have no kids, because if you did, you'd be fucked.

Find a good lawyer, hammer out the agreement, be done with it, move on with your life. A year from now, you'll be in a better place. Start making a list of all the pussy you want to smash - including her best friends. They'll all fuck you now, just to get back at her. It's how women are. Every time I've broken up with a woman, her friends came sniffing around for crumbs. Every fucking time. Every time my buddies broke up, their exes came sniffing around, to get payback on him. It's how women are. Play that shit. You're in the catbird seat right now, dive in.
You got this. You just don't know it yet.

>> No.9566853

>>9565001
A. Because every woman wants HER day, ie. the day she gets all the attention and thousands of dollars spent on her, so she can be a queen over all of her friends and boss them around. You get to pay for it and show up.
B. Some guys foolishly believe a ring will keep his woman from fucking other men. yeah, that shit doesn't work. Every married person I know, male and female, has cheated at least once.
C. Tax benefits, shared expenses, and other considerations. If you're sick, your wife can do a lot more for you than a girlfriend.
D. People are conditioned by society to think marriage is the proper thing, mostly from religion, because for whatever stupid reason, sex outside of marriage is a "sin". It's all human constructs, and religion has abused marriage to control people, unless you believe in sky fairies who decided that you can't have sex unless some dude with fancier clothes says you can, because they gave that dude the power. Silly, when you really look at it objectively.

Of course, you lied through your teeth about being friends, and are taking advantage of a ready made fuck buddy with no strings now, right? Unless you're just sick of the sight of her, or she got fat or something. You have all the power here. If you're not gorilla fucking her from now on, on the pretense of "being friends", you're blowing a golden opportunity for guaranteed sex for a long long time.

Then it should be easy. Divorce with no kids is basically determining the martital assets, and splitting them up, per the laws of the state you live in. It can be an easy process, in a lot of cases. What you had before the marriage, you keep, what you bought during it, you split up. The divorce is just negotiations, really.

Prenups are worthless, almost all of them are thrown out by judges in divorce disputes. And you don't need to hide assets, if you don't get married in the first place. If you have to be stupid and get married, and you have considerable assets, you either lock them up in a corporation, or a trust. A trust is better. Trusts are massive steel clad concrete walls judges can't get past.

For a divorce without kids, and not too much wrangling over assets, and both parties wanting out, not much. A couple grand at most. The lawyers will try to pad the whole thing up for billable hours. If she's not gonna fight, you can do it without lawyers. Lawyers are for when she's gunning for child support, that's when dudes get bent over.
I know a couple people in my family who divorced without lawyers. They both knew it was over, there weren't many assets to fight over, so they just went into court, signed the papers, and walked away.
Consult with one, in case you need one. Don't fall for his spiel to hire him, unless you really do need him. Consults are often free. Feel her out for what she's expecting of the assets. If it's reasonable, go into court with her, get the paperwork done, split the shit up, be done with it.

Alimony in the US is extremely rare, and is usually only awarded when one of the persons in the marriage is extremely wealthy, or they're really old, and one of them cannot find work to survive.

Alimony stopped being a thing when no fault divorce happened. Divorce without kids is a completely different thing than with kids - child support is how dudes are fucked forever, not alimony.

Courts rarely award alimony in the US. It's not a thing anymore. You NEETs and incels are all worked up over something that happened in the 50's and 60's.

The only time I've heard of alimony is for housewives who didn't work for 30 years, and were dumped at over 50, with no money or job. If your wife is working, and you divorce, alimony is simply not going to happen.

Do Americans have to pay to "keep her in a lifestyle to which she has become accustomed"? In Canada we have this and the law requires all kinds of other shit like the governmwnt suing you to recoup your wife's welfare cheques if she goes that route. Doesn't matter if she just isn't earning to her potential so long as you've shown her generosity, you will have to keep up "your end" long after the divorce. Same goes for common law.

The result made it so that all the mouse died in the end anon. It's very interesting experiment. My guess is that it has to do with that everything is already determined.

When you start a new MC server people rush towards the new land and exploit everything there is, building housing, mine resources. Then conflict breaks loose and starts to destroy the economic boom. However the longer time progresses the less people are interested in the map.

There are the rich and poor, people who spend forever on the map, have large and plentiful stuff, ... And then there is you a complete fucking newcomer / pleb. People become bored with the status quo and stop giving a shit / coming. Eventually the server dies put. Then when a map reset is done people rush towards it again.

I think it has something to do with the status quo. If people feel like there is nothing more to accomplish and everything is fixed they become bored and stop caring. Same thing with the mouse, all their needs are filled some male dominate and have all the females there is no more room to divide, ... It's all set in stone so Boring.

Can anyone be a bit more specific how alimony works exactly? Using the example OP gave with him earning 90K and her earning lets say 20K?(I realize he said under but for ease) I just want to understand what exactly his wife is entitled too from his earnings and why. Thanks
