If your issue is actually memory and not concentration, then stimulants aren't the trick. Drink water, exercise, and sleep well. If nothing subsides, see a doctor. Actual memory loss isn't a symptom of ADHD and there could be something going on. Not here to scare you, you are likely healthy. But if there's a chance I can help an anon catch something serious early, then I will happily spend 2 minutes sperging at you.
