I want to start investing so I can make some extra cash while I'm working. How can I get into penny stocks? What's a reliable site to monitor the market? And is there anything I should look out for when finding something to invest in?

Penny stocks are tricky Op.

I've traded them for three years though. If you have any specific questions I can probably formulate an opinion.

>How can I get into penny stocks?
Same as getting into normal stocks? Start with a brokerage account.
>What's a reliable site to monitor the market?
>reliable
Nothing is reliable in penny land. But iHub is good. StockTwits is viable depending on the /class/ of penny stock you're trying to trade. Twitter is pretty legit. All three are full of shills. No one says anything about a penny stock if they're not trying to get you to buy their profits.
>And is there anything I should look out for when finding something to invest in?
I'm not sure if you mean this in a positive or negative way but:

Share Structure
Price vs. Volume action
