quit my job (30$/h) end of month to start trading crypto daily. how retarded am i?

>> No.9481889

Extremely retarded
So you made some money and want to take some time off? Fine, but don't delude yourself into thinking every year will be green

Start trading or continue trading? That makes a world of difference. You're supposed to quit when staying in your job is less profitable and/or more stressful than trading.

How experienced with trading are you? Unless you've enough to live off for a long time i'd just keep wageslaving and do crypto on the side till you've made it

had some exposure (30k) to the market. 2013 to 2018.

>> No.9481952

I don't believe for a second you're making more than 30/h trading crypto. But if you hated your job and like trading crypto and can live off it I don't see a problem.

im a fucking amateur.

Do crypto on the side. It's not a full time job unless you are a whale.

i tried. was quit stressful. boss was always breathing down my neck and i love to read and learn about crypto on the webs all day long.

I'm thinking of dropping out uni to swing trade crypto. I'm not happy in this uni or city anyway so might as well drop out. I just feel so bad about being a neet without guarantees that I will become rich off crypto though

Try and at least cash out a few months living expenses if you fuck up or the markets go to shit, you don't want to have to sell low to survive if BTC really goes to 3k

what % of your net worth are you trading? how much gainz do you need to live comfortably? and did your job suck?

>> No.9482141

JUST for trading crypto? Let's be real, you wanted to be a neet

>> No.9482149

Well how much do you have in the crypto market? Or how much could you put in? It's not really doable as a full time job unless you have a lot of money in the game.

Unless you got 6 figures to fuck around with.... get ur fucking job back anon

20%. i can survive on 2k. living comfortably would be 4k. yes kinda sucked. worked at my own company which i cofounded. still could sell my shares and would get another 30 to 70k.

If you love cryptocurrency so much, you guys would be better off getting a job with a cryptocurrency/blockchain company. Stop falling for the "day trading" meme unless you want to lose money.

Japanese. 1st year. My goal was to become a translator specialised in some niche field since that pays well. It's the only thing I see myself doing because I'm too much of a brainlet for stem degrees. However I lost motivation even for that, I just can't deal with stress like a normal person before I go nuts.
I might try uni again if crypto doesn't work out though

He's talking about day trading, not buying and holding for years. It doesnt matter which direction the market moves, if it moves, you can make money.

i would try to graduate. if you stressed out easily trading might not be for you.

>> No.9482359

>>9482225

ooo you're gonna need more capital than that, lol. One bad trade and you rekt. you honestly need 150K or more, using leverage.

>> No.9482449

>>9482340
True but swing trading is probably less stressful than day trading. I would just buy and sell a few coins every few weeks while making some money on the side through another online method. I just would need to make enough money to either go all in or diversify into a few decent projects. The crucial part would be waiting to see if those projects would make me rich or not which could take a couple of years min.

crypto is an expanding market

you only need to trade twice a month or so

overtrading will kill your portfolio even if you are right, you will take profit too early and buy back in too early

what this methode? gay webcams?

Why though. Why would we want to wagecuck? I like being a degenerate gambler thank you, fuck working for anyone.

M8 your gonna have to get some schooling if you plan on making an income day trading.

>> No.9482756

Yeah he definitely needs more capital than that. 100k minimum I'd say, but 150-200k is more ideal for starting full-time.

>> No.9482829

As long as your trading yields you more coins than you originally had, trade all you want. Only cash out you the coins you gained, but keep some coins you gained so you have more coins to trade with. No problem with that.

>> No.9482949

Day trading in this market, chances are you'll lose money. After June go for it.
