Basically lots of hype during consensus as usual, people wait for LINK big announcement that will start the bullrun whenever there is a missed chance the price dumps for the upcoming weeks.
Disclosure I don’t hold any link but been following for the last year making money on shitcoins until I see some real developments.

Trading volume on binance has been consistently around 10 million a day for weeks straight. It was wash trading by bots, and this was happening to several other coins as well. All spiked and dropped at the same time range. Whoever was doing it has turned the bots off, and now we see the true volume is closer to 1m/day. It's got a few people shook.

I don't see the purpose either, the fees would have to be insane doing this on all the coins that they did. I believe it was about 11 of them that had the same volume spike. I'm not currently holding, but I'm watching to see what happens. It's true there were no announcements at consensys, but rory already told us that beforehand.
