Boys without craziness, LINK is at the foot of the fourth industrial revolution. I have a friend who works at the Tesla factory in Tilburg, the Netherlands and he says that they are doing research & development to integrate smart contracts for the supply chain. But wait. The supply is in an ERP system and must be communicated outwards. Three times to guess how they do this? Through an oracle. Chainlink. Even though it is still a research project, it shows Tesla is definitely working with Chainlink, even if it is not formal.

Neville? Is that you? I thought I heard some larping coming from your room. Anyway, stop playing on your internet and come downstairs, ‘Uncle’ Billy from the next town wants his special time with you.

My dad works at Nintendo and he says you and your "friend" are full of shit.

I have a dad in Nintendo as well, but in all seriousness, the Oracle problem is a real problem and centralised oracles just aren't the solution. And from all the decentralised oracles projects, Chainlink is the first mover with a great CEO who has tons of experience while LINK sits at $160m cap.

It feels like I'm missing something like it can't be this easy to make money right? Like out of all the projects the one project with the most critical solution for smart contract adoption is sitting at 102 rank.

4th industrial revolution is basically super automation. Smart contracts and AI both can automate a lot of jobs.

Kind of a silly question to ask. Making money can be as easy as buying Bitcoin when it was 90 cents. Investing is all about taking a calculated risk and being patient.

You realize that when all that 4th industrial revolution shit happened that smartcontracts.com had nothing to do with ChainLink, right?

Only problem is ChainLink is a scam. It's copying a similar project which was created years ago that no one ever used because decentralized oracles are useless in practice:

The paragraph is a copy/paste from a WEF leaflet and the url is the first result when they googled 'smart contracts'.

You’re just parroting word salad. Developers make oracles every day. There is no practical reason to convolute this process.

LINK is at the foot of a fucking dumpster and the final nail in that coffin will be once you check CMC tomorrow and it shows under $2m in volume

I mean...when that was published, the website smartcontracts.com was being used for a service with no relation to ChainLink.

So CEO of Smartcontracts is doing Chainlink for fun? They were offering oracle service, but now are focusing on DECENTRALISED oracle which is better than a centralised oracle.

You're either baiting or just stubborn.

Jesus Christ you people are stupid. Let's ignore expert analysis about the industrial implication of having AI do everything for us. You're right. It's a fucking decentralized oracle that's endlessly shilled exclusively on a Chinese basket weaving forum.

We never really found out why exactly Jordan Bonilla had access to the repository before it was made public. He had only one or two commits, and hasn't done anything since the repository was made public. He clearly wasn't just working on it as a personal thing, but was he working on it in a professional capacity as a Tesla employee (where he is still employed) or as a freelancer or maybe an intern?

I don’t think you understand what I’m saying. When that WEF shit was put out, smartcontracts.com was not related to ChainLink. It was a completely different project with different team members. Since then, ChainLink has redirected smartcontracts.com to smartcontract.com and it is a site for ChainLink and smart contracts.

I’m not being stubborn, I really just don’t believe that ChainLink will be a valuable project. I think Sergey will make money, but he’s not offering equity in any of the projects. I think that if all these companies had a huge need for “decentralized oracles,” they’d wait to develop their products instead of just making their own oracles like they do. I think ChainLink shills largely just take advantage of people’s ignorance and desire to “hit the lotto” in crypto.
