Hello, I'm the op from this thread.
One of the girls ended up telling my girlfriend so i called her and told her what happened.
She started crying on the phone and thus, so did i.
Still, I had to go to work an hour later.
I thought the suicidal thoughts were just me being a meme edgelord, but today the thought of roping my neck felt incredibly satisfying.
I am afraid I'll end up having the courage to actually do it, since my girlfriend shows no interest in forgiving me.
I can't afford a psychiatrist and I feel it'd be just an awkward waste of time to call a suicidal hotline.
Honestly, what should i do, /biz? An hero?

Suicidal ideation is the desire to kill your false self/ego and realise your true potential. You will have to dive deep into yourself and overcome all the pain and suffering that created your ego. I recommend finding God and praying to him regularly, reading about the spiritual path, overcoming any bad habits you have etc. You have to become awareness and watch yourself and understand what it is that drives you to do things and then change those underlying beliefs. It’s a long and difficult path my friend but it is worth it.
