When will something like that show up?

Getting fed up with ebay which is my only source of income these days.

They have all these sorts of draconian policies in place where they shadowban your listings if you get a case opened against you for any bullshit reason, they wont allow sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers, they force sellers to pay for returns and any reason is OK by them as everything is automated anyways. Scams are rampant with paypal. No customer service etc.

WHY DOESNT ANYONE GIVE THEM COMPETITION?

There is no need to this kind of market when REQ is implemented. Amazon and eBay will just put the beautiful REQ bottom.

I helped a guy with his ebay like marketplace, they did 1000s of trasnactions but found their time was better spent on other projects (trading bots, crypto services). Maintaining a site like ebay just invites scammers, people getting scammed by ignoring all bold/warnings about not releasing escrow coins unless they have received a product and verified it. Despite warnings people fall for sellers who demand they okay the transactions and then demand a refund afterwards. Even with measures in place to be able to stop the seller from getting their coins instantly, its still a nightmare having to handhold users who are straight retarded.

Then theres the issue with price fluctuations and allowing users to peg prices to usd and then allowing the peg to stay in place until the funds get officially released to the seller. Otherwise everyones whines about price movements for coins.

Even after 10 years, crypto is not mature enough for any large functional ebay style marketplace.
