OBJECTIVE BTC/BCH THREAD

No BCASH, Ver, Faketoshi, etc.

I'm not trying to shill, and neither should you. Full disclosure, I'm currently biased towards BCH and I really want to know what I'm missing here, because it seems like the obvious choice.

Let's look at the facts:

-bitcoin has the name
-bitcoin cash has been fudded to shit
-blockstream is a weird and unfavorably aligned company
-the entire social schema of Bitcoin is tightly controlled and censored
-BCH is closer to Nashian Ideal Money and divorcing payment from settlement is bad
-you can currently do more things with BCH

Honestly, this feels a lot like Trump and Hillary all over again. Samson Mow? Are you kidding me? Greg Maxwell? That guy is a freak. I don't want to seem like a total shill but the only good thing Core has is Andreas and the name Bitcoin.

Bitcoin cash is behind in terms of publicity. Projects on the BCH chain along with adoption will alert the masses of its usefulness as money.

After the hardfork BCH should look into spreading the news of SPENDABLE bitcoin. Too many people were burned during the Bull run because of high fees. Faith has been lost in crypto

It is pretty clear you are a BCH shill considering you started the thread saying "NO BAD NAMES OR BAD THINGS RELATED TO BCH".

I'm so fucking tired of these threads as someone who is objective. I want BCH and BTC to just fucking die so I don't have to see 30 BCASH IS BITCOIN and BITCOIN IS DYING threads every day.

Though I would say these poorly veiled threads are even more annoying. I came here to actually see a fair discussion and to my fucking surprise it was just BCH shilling.

>it seems like the obvious choice
that's because it obviously is. don't overthink it. wasn't the original vision of bitcoin obviously world-changing? bch follows that vision, and objectively comparing it to the blockstream/btc/lightning shitshow it is still glaringly obvious which is the better fork. don't let the shills and fud fog your vision

>because of high fees

this. paying around 300k sats to be on the next block was a real bummer. if you were a noob trying to get into the crypto game with your $250 weekly limit on coinbase, you would be down around 30% on your investment on fees alone. The bitcoin we have today at around 8k is a way better currency than it was at 20k that I can tell you

OK it's true, I am a shill. You got me. It is a shame that my being a shill renders you incapable of refuting any of my points.

It's not going to die though because pic related. All these newfags in the space who think they're both broken and the beta projects with zero hardening and laughable hashpower remind me of the software dev space from 8 years ago. Everything was being dumbed down and magic'd up. And now people realize actually software runs on their developers mind almost as much as it runs on machines, and if your dev doesn't understand the engineering of the product there's nothing to stop it from exploding.
So many of these baby cryptos are just like that. Look even at the asic resistance trend. Complete bullshit, everyone knows it flatly cannot work, and yet the most popular privacy coin kneecapped its own armour to appeal to these fucking trogs.
Look, it's this simple, if you're not a fucking dev or you don't have one consulting you who can run all this stuff in their heads, you have no idea what's going on, and you'll get destroyed by those that do acting on what they know already about the system that takes the market nine months to three years to catch up on. (see performance of BCH 10x'ing BTC since fork despite every mouth breathing asshole buying blockstream's propaganda campaign hook line and sinker)

The illuminati seem to want retards in power for some reason, so maybe Ver will actualky win. Who knows.

BCH and BTC are very coupled right now. Think of what the crypto marketcap would be if BCH was the Top coin? We would have blasted through 20k ezpz and been on our way to 50k.

God I hope these corejews end up in jail for this fuckery

Exactly.
But this had to happen. The status quo had to take their shot and get smacked down. They did. They played their classic game, they controlled public opinion and subverted the political structure of the machine, they censored everything that went against their narrative, abs they achieved absolute political power on their subverted chain.

And they still got 10x'd by the real deal in a mere nine months, coupled with having to spend an ungodly amount of their fake money blowing up the price of the subverted instrument to make it look like the market was on board with their subversion.

A more complete failure could scarcely be imagined. And now they face complete chain death because their subverted "best cryptographers in the world" didn't even understand their own fucking difficulty adjustment algorithm.

Let that sink in.

No points to refute I just don't give a shit. I wanted to see other peoples thoughts and an actual discussion because I don't actually have an opinion other than I want them both to die.

But as fucking always it is a BCH shill thread and no actual discussion is going to go on here.

Here is how to spot a shill by the way. They claim that there is a hero in the BTC/BCH situation when they are both cancer for sphere. It's kikes on one side and chinks on the other. I wanted to see a reasonable discussion about the problems with both and the possible solutions. That never happens though.

They don't have a choice. What they think matters (human opinion) doesn't, and what they think doesn't matter (objective reality) does.
They're doomed.

btc and bch are both absolute shitcoins. btc will always be #1 as a store of value. many coins outperform bch in all areas its trying to excel it.
