Yeah he says "oracle problem" but doesn't specify which third party oracle Hyperledger is going to use. Conservatively speaking, there are only a handful of oracles that can work with Hyperledger. You got IBM oracles (forgot the name), Chainlink, and possibly Oracalise. Mobius runs on top of Stellar so it is completely out. Hodges mentioned that once the Chainlink network was finished on top of Ethereum, only an adaptor would be needed to run off Hyperledger.
