Price was surpressed because of the Q1 market crash that brought everything down. On top of that, the coinsmarket exchange exit-scam sold of large amounts of bags, surpressing it even more. All of those bags have been sold now, so natural growth is returning.

Nobody is selling and we've been seeing very strong signs of major accumulation for about 3 weeks now.
