Iirc this has been checked out, there is another chart with similar numbers. Not sure about OPs one.

But I don't fully understand it, all I know is there is a huge document discussing it, I think I found it on AMB reddit. Check it out nigger, yeah there is a lot of shilling going on at the moment but it's worth researching if you ask me.
