Why don't countries with high denominations switch to something smaller?
They could just erase some zeros and it wouldn't really make a difference other than making everything easier.

Say Korea, 1 USD = 1067 Won
You buy a smartphone for 600 USD, that already makes it over 600k in Korea.
If you get your monthly salary, it's always in the millions.
What if you actually make billions? What about Samsung, they must be handling numbers in the trillions and zillions.
Why not just cut three decimals?

Same in Vietnam where one USD is almost 23000 Dong.
I know it's a shit poor country but even there you have to pay like 100k just to have a meal.
They could easily adjust the currency and once their currency value actually goes up they can adjust again.
And rich people do exist there, they must be multi quadrillionaires.

Just makes it easier for everyone.
