Fair, but you could say the same of any coin. Yes, the creators, by virtue of being able to mine from block zero, will have a large stake. But this picked up steam really quickly and the difficulty is through the roof so early adopters will see their stake relative to available supply dwindle over time significantly. I am too lasy to check, but i doubt any one address owns even 1 pct of the available supply right now. Cant say that about bitcoin.

None of this is to suggest this isn't a shitcoin (what does this coin do that ETH doesnt), but it does appear to be pretty evenly distributed.
