I just learned earlier that I have 3 months-ish left in my current job
I just paid our first mortgage at our house
Our remaining money is in HODL at BTC

How do I get myself out of this mess /biz/?

Do nothing for a week but sleep well and think about what to do. Do as little as possible for your job.

If there's a severance payment contingent on you finishing out those 3 months, figure out about how much time it'll take you to find a job, subtract that much time from your current job's end date, and start then. Otherwise, start now.

Tell your wife you fucking idiot. I keep nothing from mine. If you have to keep secrets from her regarding your investments than there is something wrong with your marriage, your investment strategy, or both.

3 months is like FOREVER time to find a new job, dumbass.

Have another job lined up after the 3 months end. That's really enough time to find a new job.

>3 month notice
you should be fucking ecstatic, it's an unheard of luxury for most people.

you likely won't find a position now that opens in three months, so take the next few weeks easy, do as little as possible for your current job and get yourself into a relaxed and productive mental state to do better at interviews.
