While I read articles attributing this quote to him, the only similar quote I heard by him from interview clips was when he drew a comparison of bitcoin to Oscar Wilde describing fox hunting as "the pursuit of the uneatable by the unspeakable" which was quickly followed by Warren saying "well it sounds better than what he used before" (alluding to the brain quote?) so this context might better explain where he was coming from with the baby brain bullshit.
