What price did you buy in prefork?

>> No.9320074

>>9319922

i fell for the shills saying BTCP would be $1000, easy

The devs are incompetent and weren't willing to pay listing fees.

Yeah it was pretty fucked up. Limited losses with small investment. What actually went wrong? I don't really see the problem with the concept at face value, it still seems like a good idea. Does it really just come down to it was impossible to get traction on exchanges with adequate volume?

Well, knowing Ethereum was around 45 cents during its first few months of launch, I hope people realize long term view is a lot more valuable than some.

But then again, /biz/ is full of shilltards looking for dem moon rides amirite

Lel. Btcp is no Ethereum.

>> No.9321443

>>9321385
certainly not.
At least it's finally departing away from the launch horrors ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It seems to have gotten worse. Both zcl and btcp were actually almost close to prefork dip price only about a week ago, but I see they have once again gone way down.

>> No.9321808

>>9321685
I mean, with constant bot trading, prices were fluctuating downwards with such little volume and there was just no incentive for people to buy in right now with the state of the market.

Moreso than the project or the coin itself, there just needs to be a bigger demand created from more mainstream news for an eventual buildup. lol I can't imagine anyone saying "oh let's go buy some btcp because privacy".

Tons of bagholders now, so best to either ride it out at this point or just sell and chase other imminent projects. I'm just about holding 70.

Yeah I'm considering selling and putting it in bch just because it doesn't seem like the solution is really going anywhere soon.

Also mine worst investment, fcking fomo rekt me. Sold my bags at lost, becuz i saw other chances to at least break even. I am already at 50% break even point. Its going the good direction. Just sell if u can spot good entry points of short term gainer and try to swing trade urself out of the lost, becuz this shitcoin is not gonna help

Supply and demand. I mean holy shit. BTCP had way more supply than ZCL (prefork announcement) and (at best) similar demand.

>> No.9322285

>>9320074
if we fork while bullrun it could have been that way. bought 6 for like 0,1btc and mined zvl for 2-3 months. total disaster.

>> No.9322334

I think now that there is (slightly) more liquidity available for BTCP, you've got bitcoin whales unloading their airdropped coins. its going to put downward pressure on the price for quite a while. btcp has a fraction of the liquidity that BCH had the first few months, and you had large institutional bitcoin holders dumping BCH for months suppressing the price

>> No.9322420

btcp will be fine. its just going to be longer than most crypto people have the patience for...
