it uses steem/eos model of tx fees in which holding coins accumulates 'bandwidth'.
overall it's a random mix of existing ideas, in order words, a shitcoin.

Simply untrue. Having your own blockchain is not a merit unless it's absolutely necessary.
And project and token value have no correlation to being on a separate blockchain or not.
The only things that make sense on their own blockchains are probably currencies, and most will be dead in 5-10 years with real asset tokenization coming into play.
