I don't understand why the price isn't much much higher if it's as great as I think. This makes me think I'm missing something. Is sergey giving institutions link and we don't know? But we would know because we'd all see large transfers on etherscan..

My speculation and many others is Chainlink must have launched the main network by September 2018 in order to benefit from PSD2 legislation, that forces bank to open their APIs to comply with european regulations. From that moment onwards, it depends on how much Link do you have and when will you sell.
