Bros, who is about to lose everything tomorrow? Which tokens will be classified as securities?

NEO will definitely be classified as a security. What about LINK? LINK most definitely is a security, as is Request Network, so /biz/'s two coin bros are both going to be illegal for us Americans.

VeChain will also be declared a security. BTC and Ether pretty much have no chance of being classified as securities, right bros? Should I sell all my REQ?
