I want to do smartphone refurbishment on eBay. Basically buy broken smartphones, repair them, resell them.

eBay takes 10% plus you have to pay shipping fees unless you charge the customer which, on eBay, most people who do this as a business do Free Shipping to entice customers, so you're not going to make a whole lot of money unless you can get phones in bulk significantly under cost, get a good deal on parts, and have a lot of time on your hands.
