It's a decent idea but it doesn't really make sense if you think about it. There must be a reason why loyalty schemes such as air miles or nectar don't let you trade their points directly. This is probably just a cash grab using an ICO to get around any regulatory problems.
If a company joins one of these schemes they benefit from customers having a sunk cost encouraging them to buy more from you. With wysker your potential customers can just buy loyalty points, abuse your discount then sell them back again for usd, so it's not a very attractive scheme for a business to join. As a customer, you earn loyalty points that will have a volatile worth in usd (which companies would peg their rewards to) so those 500 tokens you get for buying a car could be worth the reward of buying a toaster in a month's time.

In Germany you have to report your project to the BAFIN. It’s german financial Gestapo. You even can’t start with your ICO without getting audited by them. They have all the legal power to pursue you into the dust.

That being said it doesn’t make any sense to hire 17 devs, release a working product, jet to Tokio to reach semi-finals in Tokio Slush, winning Netexplo Innovation award and moving into bigger office in the center of Berlin only to exit scam with 3k two months after ICO.
