can anyone help a brainlet out. In the neon wallet there is the option to participate in token sales. Right now the only option I’m seeing is IAM but the ICO ended. Am I able to purchase IAM even though the ico has ended or is the participate in a token purchase only for ICOs?

Yup. They act as a middle man for ICO's. They send the NEO, receive the token, and then put the token in your wallet. If there's nowhere to send it, it's lost

I just updated it and the only one I’m seeing is IAM...
