pretty much. people with the brains to make it probably also have the brains not to flaunt those opinions because they know that, true or not, they will get eviscerated in public opinion. That said I think the best thing to do is generalize on a large scale but treat each individual as their own entity and let them prove or disprove stereotypes about them on their own. Judge the individual on their actions and recognize that there are always exceptions.

It’s harder and harder for White Americans (for instance) to be their own bosses. If I own a gas station (that the police actually do their jobs and protect) then I don’t care if everyone knows I’m racist. But now arabs and indians can open a gas station and NEVER PAY TAXES because we need to give foreigners a leg up of our own people fir some reason. Racism is natural and normal, it doesn’t mean you actually want to hurt other races, just that you don’t want to hang out with them and don’t feel like you owe them anything.

Just ask on sometime: "If White people all disappeared, would that be bad? Should we do something to stop White people from going extinct?"
