I am not joking. I now wake up in the middle of the night almost every night. I believe I would sleep much better if I was a nocoiner. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you fix this?

unironically this, I can only sleep peacefully if I'm tethered.

This is pretty much the only way. Sure, you may miss out on same gains, but that's much better than waking up 10% down which leads to 15% down then you feel you have to trade to get it back and it can get worse very quickly.

You've put too much money in relative to your net worth.

What helped for me
>Delete blockfolio, delta, whatever app that keeps track of your portfolio
>go all in on one coin, preferable lower cap altcoin, made it much harder to panic sell, because i would dump the price way too much for my liking
>tether up when things go parabolic
You could also set a stop loss, but i don't bother because random spikes could easily ruin a good entry position

Me too OP. Me too. Im always stressed and angry.

>> No.9116572

A common problem, OP- you need to be in coins that aren't going to megadump on you suddenly, and you have to take a long term view.

Try to hold only top coins, and you'll probably be a lot better off. When they dump, they always come back. Shitcoins do not, they are a big gamble, so use only a smaller % of your stack on those.

Try to avoid overtrading - the bull run is upon us so sort out your portfolio right now and then settle with it and see what happens.

Don't let this shit ruin your life as it has done mine...

I bought 1 BTC when it was at 5100.
It has never gone below it since I got it, which is very reassuring and haven't caused loss of sleep.
