I don't think that there is a list of them anymore but if you were there from the beginning you would know about the event.

Some of them were well known members of the community and wrote medium articles about Waltonchain, you can find their profiles on reddit easily by digging a bit.
For example that thread about Waltonchain team visiting some orphans has some arguments between the knights. You could also just ask any of the knights and they will give you their version of the story that Vechain paid them to leave or whatever.
Ask about the controversial partnerships while you are at it. Fuyao Glass, Septwolves, Joeone.
