Bollinger Bands, RSI and MACD. 15m dildos. 25x leverage, layer in and out of every trade you make to maximize profits and avoid liquidation. Take losses when you need to. It just werks.

what do you mean by layering in n out?

also, how frequent do you trade? 25x seems a healthy leverage for a small capital, so that makes sense. But how much do you put into each trade percentage-wise

You do know that at a certain point, your position sizes have to level out since there's only so much liquidity on the order book? And so yeah - you can't just go exponential for months on end? But that doesn't matter as it's still WAY more money than wagecucking, and you can use the profits to buy into icos, trade on regular exchanges too, other shit to multiply the gains? You are a trader right and not a worthless faggot who sits judging winners from the sidelines out of pure jealousy that you lack the balls to commit to learning a basic skillset?

>> No.9102316

>>9102274
That was my point. I live with the liquidity issue daily and I only have 160k. I used to make 10% a day trading. Then 9 then 8 and so on. Now a good day is 2 or 3 percent. Still gonna end the year with a million. Gets harder though.

It's a simple (and highly effective) mean reversion strategy. Add in checking for s&r zones, and watching the trend at higher timescales and it's great. OP literally posted his gains. You just lose don't you anon?

You cant possibly be waiting for all 3 indicators to say buy or sell at the same time cuz there's like 0 opportunities when backtesting that strat.

Are you buying/selling a % each time a single indicator says to do so? I think that's what you're doing.

sure m8. how wrong of us to not believe in ta. ist so clear now.

also making profits while the market trend is upwards is so hard you fuckwit. you could have traded based on the weather and still would have made profits. that doesnt make it less stupid and random tho

Yeah, for real. Even besides ta, anybody that actually believes you can't beat the market just cuz some economists that never even tried say you can't deserves to be poor. Besides, this isn't the stock market and it isn't nearly as efficient.
That said, I respect science and I'm not saying everybody can just jump off the porch and get rich trading. Most people will get slaughtered trying to day trade. But it can be done despite what Paul "the internet is a meme" Kruggman thinks about it.

How do you prevent yourself from closing a winning trade that can bring more profits in?
Do you ever close positions to early? What did you do to prevent yourself from doing that again?

>> No.9103684

I have a system where I take out 66 to 75% of my position at 2 or 3 different support/resistances respectively.
After that I let the remaining 33 or 25% ride without worries until it's clear that we're done.

What other people do is move their stoploss up.
Say you get in a long with your stop just under the last swing low. The price goes up, makes a higher low and keeps going, then you'd move your stop to just under the new higher low.

The point is to systematize risk management and most importantly, once you have a working set of rules, dont second guess them and mess with your stoploss or takeprofit levels

WOW, very nice, very cute. Instead, I preferred to completely ignore any kinf of TA, and just put some bucks on a hidden gem, and it already 15x in one month. Much easier and effortless.

you day-traded during this part (note: BTC starts at $6800 ends at $9000)

your table shows 6 days where you lost small amounts, this graph shows 7 days where BTC declined.

so you longed on leverage during an extended 3 week long bull run.
