Yeah. It is insane too. The only reason JNT has on-chain value is because of speculation and people who are willing to buy it for use. It doesn't work otherwise. They don't want people trading though because the DAO isn't in place and their previous plans fell apart. Their economy didn't work and they can't control the price like they planned so they beg the people holding it not to trade before they figure out a way to control it.
