Despite the volatility of the market right now, crypto/blockchain companies are still paying stupid large amounts of money if you have an IQ above room temperature and you're knowledgeable about blockchain, crypto, etc.

Also, apply to multiple places in case one place doesn't accept you. I'd recommend reaching out to 10 different companies at the minimum. companies with lower market-cap tokens are more likely to higher you -- you probably won't get hired by Ethereum or Tron, for example.
