Not sure if it does. REQ's main strength is the partnerships and support (Y-combinator support and PwC France) but it won't moon without a demonstrable product/use case which may take some time to come to fruition. On the other hand ELEC seems to have strong backing from Jun, who's already grown a crypto project up to a 15.82/token valuation and they've also got the Tepco connection in addition to what they already have in Singapore. I'm hoping it at least hits a dollar in the short-term though if we're in bull market mode for real I'd be stoked if it hits 10-15 bucks, but that's wildly optimistic.
