how do you guys avoid 20-45 (FOURTY FUCKING FIVE) dollar wire transfer fees?

a nigga is tryin to invest 200 bucks into eth...but i dont ever recall having a fee that fucking enormous to deposit money into coinbase or gemini.

what are you guys using to avoid this?
