Why aren't you going long agriculture? We just had the coldest April in 140 years and sun output is falling rapidly, this is going to decimate crops worldwide and cause massive increases in food prices.

Explain how to actually do it. I love it when normsters say stuff like “invest in VR” “drones are the future” “AI is the future” then you ask them how and they either have no idea or they tell you to buy some massively inflated tech company.

agriculture is one of those safe bets to place money in

the government shills outs ag subsidies so fucking hard that growth is practically assured year after year, plus stocks for agricultural industries dont cost much so you can load up on a ton of those fuckers

Agricultural econoimist here.

I am. Soon as my crypto pays off. Ag is an abosolute fucking goldimine. I'm a big fan of guys like Richard Perkins, Mark Sheppard, Gabe Brown, and Sepp Holzer. All of them have great videos on youtube explaining a holitistic approach to farm management for max profit per square foot and maximum comfy lifestyle.

You explain it to me how do I go from money in the bank to agriculture to money in the bank again. Please, do tell

>> No.9030145

>>9030102
>Take money in the bank
>transfer money to brokerage, preferably robinhood to maximize profits
>purchase stocks of ag corporations that are too big to fail
>wait for stocks to mature since no matter what happens, ag stock will always go up (its literally impossible for it to crash due to it suckling off the fat teat of the government)
>when you are happy with profits, sell stock and transfer money back to bank

>deposit money
>buy agriculture ETF
>it goes up
>sell for a profit

If you can't understand something so simple you should not be investing

My plan too, ecological engineering here. I think the next step for AG is establishing systems like these guys as well as recovery of nutrients and carbon from waste streams. Peak phosphorus, local food and energy

theres lots of corps that are the eth of agriculture desu

when it comes to livestock, some good ETFs might be:

Cotton: CTNN
Meat: COW, LSTK
Grains: WEAT, WEET
Corn: CORN

You can look up more on your own

corn will always have demand to be turned into ethanol, and meat production will always be high here in burgerland

Exactly. I'm looking at 5-10 acre plots adjacent to urban areas to make value-added food products. I fap to the day when industrial ag gets btfo. Which will be very soon, btw. What zone are you in?

It's hilarious there's a meat etf called COW. Sometimes I get the impression the guys that assign these ETF codes are just there trying to come up with the least divergent possible code that explains the core play of the fund. Names are going to be funny if porn ETF's are ever a thing.
