Most of the times alts are subject to BTC moves, you should always take profit in BTC and grow your BTCs. I tell you 30% because you arent really gonna invest a lot of money and you first have to strike it big if you want to grow fast. You could lose that 70% too tho if you invest in alts in a bear market.

IF your portfolio grows, you should increase the your % of BTC because alts always go much lower and faster than BTC.
