Hey guys, i can't be the only autistic virgin living with his mom that has a couple hundred thousand dollars on crypto. What are you thinking right now my comrades?

What are you gonna do if we make it? I was thinking about moving out but i dont see any advatange of that since my relations with my mom are fine and she accepts my autism. Anyways, what are your plans if you make it my fellow comrades?

Ignore the normies.

I don't have a waifu. I have never been into anything other than videogames and i dont think she would accept if i become a weeb. Or buying a sexdoll for that matter. She accepts me but still thinks i could get a gf or something and that im gonna give her grankids. That's her last delusion, even tho ive told her many times i won't.

Bought a house and had my mom move in with me so we didnt have to pay rent anymore. House is a 4br so its big enough. Added bonus is when I travel I can be gone for a month or two without worrying about the house.

Hmm yeah, sounds better than living alone and if you have to travel leaving your stuff unattended. If i make it big i want to travel too but i guess my mom will want to come with me in the first and second trip. I hope after that she can understand that i want to travel alone too.

Not a virgin but I am an autistic neet, probably buy property after a crash for an income stream, continue trading, keep working on mental and physical gains, maybe try my hand at a career to meet potential spouses

I'm doubtful on the last thing happening because I've never met a girl on the same wavelength mentally

Hm ok, I am also planning into buying rental properties for an steady income.

After that i think i can focus on more abstract things like improving my physical condition and doing hobby mental work like you said. But that is after i have my finances on autopilot. Im not interested in a career tho. Good luck with your plans bro.

Is that Taiwan?

I think you are underestimating asian women's tolerance for autistic people: just look at Zuckerberug, or the guy in the Big Short, Michael Burry

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Burry

You probably won't be able to get a instagram whore to be your waifu, but you can definitely get a good woman to be your waifu. Just don't be an idiot and blow your crypto earnings on a hot piece of ass.

You are wise, OP. I don't see the point of moving out of our parent's home just to feel independent. If you know you can take care of yourself then there shouldn't be a problem.
Personally I want to buy a house and live alone as long money wouldn't be an issue. My life wouldn't be very different compared to now except financially. I would read books and take care of my bonsai (also buy some more expensive ones to expand my bonsai collection), learn how to play some instruments, keep improving my Japanese (and learn other languages as well), etc. If I felt like it I would sail to the Mediterranean on some capable yatch and explore some countries if I found someone to go with me. That's a big if though
Maybe start a wine business if I started to get bored, it seems that wine business plays a part in my family's history so might as well give it a try

That's right, i do think i need to go live somewhere else for at least a month to gain more confidence in my independence, but not really moving out. maybe rent an apartment with the furniture ready for a month, test myself and if everything checks out, go back.

>Personally I want to buy a house and live alone as long money wouldn't be an issue. My life wouldn't be very different compared to now except financially.

My life would change tho, i want to quit my job and be able to do whatever i want for once.

Sounds really nice, keep it up.

Well if you still have something to fall back on, specially financially, you can try that. Dont take much or if you can, any debts. Unless you are ready to really sacrifice yourself.

Remember you only have so many years of life. I'd feel like I was wasting them if I had your kind of money and was living with my mom. It's really going to put a damper on getting laid too if that what's you're looking for.

Why? my mom is a nice person and im autistic. I'll rather be with her than alone.

I'm not looking into that so it isn't a negative to me.

It seems like a good idea because everyone is shilling it, but, all you are doing is taking advantage of demand driven by overpopulation and uncontrolled immigration.

Every slumlord I've ever met was a hollow shell of a man. You are tied to that obligation in an unholy way and to people for whom you have no common stake. The buildings represent constant liability as a fixed asset. You become a managerial class of person, which comes with its own obligations, accounting, oversight, and general boredom. You could hire other social parasites like lawyers and accountants to perform these services for you, and if you were dedicated to it as a business, you would. In the end you will become very much like a Real Estate agent, without the agency.

tl;dr Real Estate: the ultimate shitcoin

I would buy Real State but keep some other money in other stuff like bonds too. I would also buy stocks after they correct or crash. I wouldnt go all in real state. I dont mind managing real state (i wouldnt really do much, i would subcontract it to real state agents, i value my time more than money haha).

I know the risks of a fixed asset so thats why i would never have more than 50% of my assets on real state. Diversifying is best.
