My bitcoins are stuck!

I have them on Multibit HD wallet, tried back in December-January to move them to Electrum. At first it didn't work, fees were too low.
Eventually it works, though partially. Half of my btcs were moved to the new wallet, half wasn't.

Used ''repair wallet'' function many times, no result.
The status was Received before this migration attempt, now it's Receiving.

What do? Where ask for help?

You do realize the 21 million bitcoins limit is arbitrary and can easily be changed, right?

Like do you seriously think if btc takes over the world's currency system that there wouldn't be a need more than 21 million? Lmfao
