The world doesn't work like that. Experience, talent, morals, no one gives a fuck about those things.

The one thing that matters is nepotism.
If you have a friend that can get you a job, you're 800% more likely to get hired. Now get some friends who aren't neet dumbasses

Wtf is your problem, just tell them you have 2 years of experience.
What do you think everyone else does??

I did. I knew this really successful jew that worked for this company and he recommended me and everything to this one really good coding job. But even with that they wouldn't hire me. You know things are fucked when not even the Jews can help you.

Oh shit, that might be the one area where they look for talented autistic monkeys.

Try calling every company and saying "hi this is Anon, I applied to your company a week ago and just want to follow up."

I've been looking for a job forever and finally got one making burgers. Keep working at it op.

I can totally relate. Only other friends i have with good jobs all had connections from their parents friends or they fucked somebody to get the job. Experience doesn't mean anything anymore.

This debate has been going on since the beginning of time. I'm 34 and I've gone thru this same conundrum since i was 16. It makes no sense. How is a recent college grad supposed to find a job if they all require 2 years of experience

Start a nonprofit that does something similar to the industry you want to work in. You wanna work in financial services? Start a nonprofit that helps people get out of debt. Collect donations, pay yourself a salary that is commensurate with other similar businesses in terms of size and training needed to do the work, hire a couple debt councilors with the rest (or even take on volunteer debt councilors if money is tight). Run it for a few years and bam, you have experience.

Starting a nonprofit is by far the easiest way to get business experience, and all fundraising really means is sales. You're just selling improvements to your community, a sponsor's corporate image, tax benefits of donating to a 501(c)3, etc.

No.
Where am I? Who am I? What am I? What was the question?
