sorry, but there are plenty (millions) of people who are better at complex logic than him while knowing advanced mathematics on top of that.

then there are people who are good at logic, math, and on top of that are highly advanced C++/Java programmers.

it's an attempt to create a framework for oracles that triggers network effect thus becoming the world's oracle middleman rent charger.
