How do high turnover industries like physical security, food service, etc work? How do they maintain profitability when their customers demand rock bottom wages and their employee quality is abysmal?

>> No.893747

The smart managers hire migrants and single parents that won't fuck around on the job. Migrants typically have a sense of hard work instilled and single parents have children to feed, so they make solid workers. Just stay away from teenagers and other deadbeats that have nothing to lose.

Well that's just it. They hire abysmal employees for cheap so they can have those low prices. I think you answered your own question.
