The features to turn suggestive content are burried in settings and do not have an initial warning/option to only show similar content that has not been 'recomended' ...

You could say that the suggestion algorithm output form your chosen content can cause distress because of the negitive viewpoint that YouTube take on the genre of content. Where you could say that by (for example) looking at my little pony bullshit will eventually suggest gay/trans things... Or basement dwelling/humiliating content...

Which is either distressing you because it contradicts your gender and sexual identities ....
