Make a coinbase account and binance account. But Eth on coinbase and send it to your Eth wallet on binance. Go to the Link/Eth charts ok binance an click buy. You can market buy or place an order limit.

Transfer USD/EUR to coinbase then sign into GDAX with your coinbase and buy the ETH on there. Then send the ETH to Binance and buy LINK. That way you pay absolute minimum fees. .
