Also idk I tried but it sucks that my friend would prefer payment in bitcoin but I don’t want to go through the hassle of getting my own wallet, signing up with a fiat exchange and wait 2+ weeks to be verified.

Don't even go that far every major Bank in the US is linked by zelle which does everything with no fees. I've been saying this since before the crash how can crypto be useful when banks behave these applied to their own apps already.

Venmo was started at my university (Penn). It's complete crap because it's incredibly easy to reverse transactions. You can only use it with friends basically. Only people you absolutely trust or you can't care if you actually get paid. It's crap.
