I run a small crypto project, oversee about $20k in user funds. I think about this a lot but mysetup is far more secure than mtgox or bitgrail and the site even emails me throughout the day with like balances, transaction totals, color coded movements, data pulled from various sources to make sure it all adds up like real time audits throughout the day. At most hackers could just get the hot wallet. The worst type of hack thought is mt gox style where they're in and you dont know they're in but they try to siphon off small amounts.
