I suffered through health and social issues for the past 10 years so I never really developed as a person. Where do I go to develop myself and activate my sexuality? I'm relatively old but I feel amazing now that I'm cured more or less.

What does that even mean? You're probably just shy and probably a little introverted. Only way to get over it is to force yourself to interact with people more. Maybe just get a job where you have to interact with people. Then at least you'll be getting paid for it. Helps to remember that people don't care about you as much as you think. Most people spend the majority of time focused on themselves. They are probably a lot more focused on what you think about them than what they think about you. Don't over complicate things by thinking your life is the Truman show.
