Doing any job is noble, but you should always be learning something from your job in addition to earning a paycheck. Learn how industrial kitchen equipment works, how a franchisee operates their business vs. a competitor, how the supply chain works, etc. Move jobs when you are no longer learning anything, even if it doesn't pay as well. If you trade your time for only $, you're gonna have a bad time at any income.
